Phpbb 3.1 Update

Come avete notato il forum è stato aggiornato a Phpbb 3.1 e di conseguenza è stato aggiornato l'editor di tappe
Tuttavia, sono possibili alcuni bug. Siete pregati di segnalare eventuali problemi in questo topic, cercherò di risolverli nel più breve tempo possibile.

As you noticed, forum was updated @ Phpbb 3.1 - so stage editor was updated to.
Some bugs can be present in the new version, as I had to rewrite the code in a new way. Please report them in this topic, i'll try to fix them as soon as possible.
